• Conditions for Return: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and protective films (for electronics/watches) intact.

• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and innerwear are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.

• Refund Process: Once the return is approved, refunds are processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa within 5–7 business days. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Video Proof: For electronics, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof of "Damage on Arrival" to fast-track your claim.
